Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and engaging Customer Success Coordinator to join our team remotely. This position is pivotal in delivering our brand’s exceptional experience and directly assists our subscribers through the website setup process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with subscribers through various communication channels to provide support in website creation.
  • Tailor communication styles to meet the distinct needs of subscribers, offering both hands-on and guided assistance as necessary.
  • Utilize our proprietary Content Management System (CMS) to assist subscribers in building their websites.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work activities in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Hubspot).
  • Effectively manage a portfolio of over 30 projects simultaneously.
  • Set and uphold realistic expectations for subscribers throughout the website setup journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of website building and launch tasks.

The compensation for this position ranges from \(16 to \)17.50 per hour, with additional potential for monthly performance-based bonuses. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
