Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Key Account Sales Manager who excels in relationship building and is driven to surpass sales objectives with industry-leading companies. This remote position, requiring occasional travel, entails overseeing key accounts in the hardware, home improvement, mass, and automotive sectors, including a significant OEM account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a customer advocate by establishing and maintaining influential relationships with top decision-makers at prominent retailers and manufacturers.
  • Spearhead the creation and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies aimed at fostering growth and enhancing profitability.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to a direct report, promoting a cooperative and thriving sales culture.
  • Design and deliver compelling sales presentations that ensure customer satisfaction and program success.
  • Identify and leverage new opportunities within existing accounts in alignment with overarching company objectives.
  • Conduct sales forecasting and generate insightful reports to monitor progress and shape future strategies.
