  • Collaborating on the development of personalized client communications
  • Conducting thorough research to recommend optimal destinations, dining options, and activities
  • Partnering with suppliers to arrange customized travel plans
  • Updating and maintaining client travel documentation and invoices
  • Negotiating advantageous rates for airfare, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel services, leveraging preferred vendors to optimize costs
  • Coordinating with team members to address all travel-related requirements, including processing tickets, itineraries, and managing travel credits
