Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to spearhead our Climate Technology and Manufacturing Program, Scale For ClimateTech. This remote position is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in dynamic and collaborative settings, focusing on pioneering climate solutions and fostering impactful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and oversee the Scale For ClimateTech program, ensuring effective delivery of services.
  • Manage various projects, timelines, and resources, ensuring that all deliverables are achieved within stipulated timeframes and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, along with partners at NextCorps and NYSERDA, as well as our extensive network of Advisors and Experts.
  • Utilize insights from previous program cycles to refine and enhance program offerings.
  • Engage in outreach, recruitment, onboarding, and the overall participation of companies within the program.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with Program Advisors, Experts, and the broader climate tech community.
  • Lead the organization and logistics of program events, both virtual and in-person.
  • Support external communications to strengthen stakeholder relationships and promote an understanding of climate solutions in driving innovation and economic development.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of six years of experience in project management and operations.
  • Proven experience working with startups and entrepreneur support programs, particularly in innovation and economic development related to climate solutions.
  • Proficiency in program management and collaboration tools, including Asana, Slack, Miro, and Google Workplace.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Salary range is between \(90,000 and \)105,000, complemented by flexible work options and unlimited discretionary paid time off after 90 days.

Work Environment

This is a remote position based in New York, requiring alignment with North America's work schedule. Occasional evening commitments may be necessary, as well as periodic travel primarily within New York State for in-person meetings and program-related activities.
