Christian Drapeau is the Founder and Chief Science Officer of STEMREGEN®, a company dedicated to revolutionizing healthspan through the body's innate repair system. With over 30 years of medical research experience, Christian leads the development of scientifically advanced stem cell supplements that harness the most powerful ingredients from nature. STEMREGEN combines powerful plant extracts and bioactives to boost stem cell circulation, setting new standards for health and longevity.

We are looking for a highly organized and self-driven Virtual Assistant who can align with our Core Values:

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented person who can help streamline day-to-day activities and keep business operations running smoothly. In this role, you will support our founder, Christian Drapeau, and our Chief of Staff, Chelsea Ray. You'll take over administrative tasks from Chelsea as she focuses on higher-level responsibilities, ensuring the team operates efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, self-driven, and eager to contribute to a growing company.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling meetings with internal teams and external colleagues
  • Booking domestic and international travel, accommodations, rental cars, and reservations
  • Taking notes during meetings and distributing them to the team
  • Coordinating registration, logistics, and travel for various conferences and events
  • Coordinating the printing of booklets, brochures, and banners
  • Organizing and prioritizing emails in our founders inbox and eventually responding on his behalf
  • Managing and tracking business expenses
  • Handling miscellaneous tasks as needed and as the business grows

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate must be/have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, meticulous and efficient
  • Resourceful, taking initiative, and solving problems independently
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new tools and software
  • Works well with minimal supervision, completing tasks without needing to be asked
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and adaptable to changing situations
  • Calm under pressure, able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Perceptive, identifying, and addressing issues before they arise
  • A self-starter and self-initiator, with strong ownership of tasks and projects
  • Determined, knowledgeable, and effective
  • Conscientious, quick to respond, communicative, with strong follow-up skills

Position Details:

  • This is a full-time W2 remote position
  • Benefits include: PTO, paid holidays, and a $500/month healthcare reimbursement
  • The position is 40 hours per week
  • The hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm CT
  • The pay rate is $25/hr USD
  • Must be able to travel up to 10% domestically for off-site meetings 2-4 times per year
  • You must be able to pass a background check
  • We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
