About the Role

Thoropass is looking for a dynamic and enterprising Operations Analyst to support our internal and customer facing operations. The right candidate will work with a sense of urgency to support our internal assessors and customer engagements.. Are you scrappy, resourceful, reliable, and a creative problem solver?

What You'll Do

  • Administrative Operations: Assist our customer facing team in setting up customer instances, organizing documentation, coordinating with customers on required documentation, etc.
  • Project Management: Implement and manage tools to streamline customer delivery, track progress, and ensure timely completion of audits.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve internal processes to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate across teams to ensure all aspects of customer facing processes are aligned, from preparation to delivery.

Skillsets/ Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, data analytics, project management, or a similar role in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Airtable, Monday, Jira, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across different teams.
  • A problem-solver with a knack for streamlining processes and a passion for operational efficiency.
  • Gritty and resilient, able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

  • Experience working in an audit, compliance, or information security environment is a plus.
