We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Overseas Logistics Operations Specialist, specializing in e-commerce operations focusing on selling through the Amazon platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in working with Amazon Seller Central, including experience with global supply chain logistics, possess excellent communication skills in English, and bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
Amazon Seller Central Expertise:
· Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience working with e-commerce companies selling on Amazon, with a strong emphasis on proficiency in Amazon Seller Central.
· Ability to navigate and utilize various features within Seller Central for inventory replenishment, customer feedback, and performance analysis.
· Experience in dealing with Amazon seller support for addressing various issues and inquiries.
Supply Chain Experience:
· Preferred experience in supply chain management for physical product businesses, working with suppliers & freight forwarders, contributing to efficient and timely inventory replenishment.
· Work closely with the supply chain team to optimize processes and ensure smooth operations.
Data Management:
· Proficient in using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining organized records.
· Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is readily available for informed decision-making.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
· Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures for key tasks related to Amazon operations.
· Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and ensure consistent quality in all operations.
Graphic Design Skills:
· Basic graphic design capabilities using tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
· Create visually appealing content for product listings, promotional materials, and other relevant assets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with e-commerce companies, specifically within Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in supply chain & inventory management for physical product businesses
- Proficiency in data management using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Photoshop.
- Proven ability to create SOPs and provide training for operational tasks.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.

You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary: $800-$1000 / month
Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM EST
