What we're looking for
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective email marketing campaigns that engage and retain our audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices and a passion for optimizing campaigns to drive results.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
  • Audience Segmentation: Analyze customer data to create targeted email lists and segments for personalized messaging.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to write compelling email copy and design visually appealing templates.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, to optimize future campaigns.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and timing to identify the most effective strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all email marketing efforts comply with relevant regulations and best practices according to locations and industries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Active Campaign).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Ability to strategize campaigns from scratch for different audiences and various accounts simultaneously.
