Job Description

Join our multifaceted marketing team to develop and implement effective communication strategies for our product lines and customer segments. As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will translate business and marketing objectives into impactful communication plans, lead various marketing channels, and support internal and external presentations. This role allows us to shape how we connect with customers and partners, including attending key industry events.

Due to business obligations, we are targeting candidates within CDMX and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing communication strategies based on business and marketing goals.

  • Translate strategies into communication tactics, handling the full lifecycle from planning to execution.

  • Create and manage an integrated marketing communications (Marcom) plan, determining the optimal mix of channels, including public relations, advertising, events, sales tools, digital media, and publications.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver on project objectives.

  • Prepare materials for internal and external presentations on products, business plans, and strategic initiatives.

  • Represent the company at off-site events and ensure a cohesive brand message across all communication platforms.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Chemical, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in SAP-CRM, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Strong command of English (90%) and ability to communicate effectively across cultures.

  • Valid passport and US visa for travel across Latin America.

  • Minimal prior work experience is required, making this an excellent entry-level opportunity.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
