We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Scheduler to support our Facilities and Engineering Planning team. The Recruiting Scheduler will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and efficient interview process for candidates and hiring managers. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for providing a positive candidate experience.

Job Description:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, technical team members, and hiring managers
  • Manage and maintain the interview calendar, ensuring all parties are informed of interview details
  • Communicate interview schedules and logistics to candidates and interviewers
  • Handle last-minute scheduling changes and conflicts with professionalism and efficiency
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of interview materials
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and interview schedules in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Provide a positive and welcoming experience for candidates throughout the interview process
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process
  • Conduct initial resume review of new candidates and tag key items on resume
  • Support other administrative tasks related to the recruitment process as needed

  • Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role, preferably in a recruiting or HR environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar tracking systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional candidate experience
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret level security clearance
