The pay range above represents the minimum and maximum rate for this position in California. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range. Salary range will vary for remote positions outside of California.
POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Senior HR Manager, this multi-faceted role will provide support in all aspects of talent strategy and training needs of the organization. This includes goal planning, performance management cycle, employee engagement, learning and development, DE&I and other areas. This role will also be responsible for supporting and driving HR projects from the beginning to completion while working with various stakeholders to ensure goals are met. This role will be the lead for the training function and provide additional support for various HR functions.
Work Schedule: Hybrid work location home and office, typical office hours with some ability to extend time for critical projects

• Support talent management at GCHP to aim to attract, develop, retain, and optimize workforce. This includes performance management, employee and leadership learning and development, talent reviews, succession planning, employee engagement, career development, and more.
• Lead project management of HR initiatives such as employee development programs, leadership development, talent reviews, performance review process, merit planning, org/structure succession planning, benefits programs and employee survey.
• Lead weekly project meetings with HR team members for ad-hoc or cyclical HR initiatives, manage the project plans, capture action items, follow up and communications as needed
• Lead the training function which includes assessing training needs of the org, creating training paths, training utilization improvement, monitoring training programs, collaborating with other departments to understand their specific training needs and help roll them out.
• As needed manage logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, and resource allocation. This includes managing enrollment, communicating with participants about training schedules, and providing support to ensure a productive learning environment
• Lead the administration of LMS systems, including creating/managing accounts, permissions, user activity, schedule trainings, maintenance and updates, and address questions and concerns.
• Lead the administration of HR talent systems such as employee experience platform, LMS, etc.
• Identify and analyze key talent management metrics such as training & development, employee engagement, performance etc. to provide actionable insights that drive organizational effectiveness.
• Support HR team initiatives as needed

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) Preferred, Field of Study: Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
Experience:
• 5 years of experience in Human Resources field
• 2 years’ experience with HR training/administration and initiatives aligned with talent management
Computer Skills:
• Experience with HRIS and LMS
• Advanced MS Office skills specifically PowerPoint, Project Management and Excel
