• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our diverse product offerings, policies, and underwriting standards.
• Evaluate financial and credit profiles to align consumer requirements with appropriate loan solutions, while effectively assessing associated risks.

Required Skills

• Strong relationship-building capabilities.
• Proven track record in sales and ability to meet and exceed production targets.
• Proficiency in analyzing financial and credit information.
• Solid knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA guidelines and real estate transaction processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• A valid NMLS GA state license is a prerequisite.
• A minimum of 2 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, with a focus on sourcing business independently.
