As a member of our Civil Litigation team, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse array of cases, including contract disputes, personal injury claims, and employment issues. This position is designed for professionals eager to elevate their civil litigation expertise while collaborating with some of the most talented legal practitioners in Northern California.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of civil litigation cases from beginning to end.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft relevant pleadings and motions.
• Oversee the discovery process and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Work closely with seasoned partners on complex litigation matters.
• Develop strong client relationships and advocate effectively on their behalf.
  
  

Required Skills

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably within a law firm.
• Strong legal research and writing capabilities, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and advocacy skills.
• Capacity to independently manage a caseload while fostering teamwork with colleagues.
• Client-focused attitude and a commitment to achieving successful outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• At least 3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Prior courtroom experience is advantageous; trial experience is a plus.
