Job Overview

We invite dedicated professionals with a strong background in logistics to become a pivotal part of our team as a Senior Manager, Clinical Supplies Planning & Logistics. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the advancement of transformative medicines by overseeing all facets of clinical supply planning and logistics, ensuring that clinical trials are executed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the entire spectrum of clinical supplies, including forecasting, packaging, labeling, and distribution.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with study objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement streamlined processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster their professional growth.

Required Skills

  • Proficient understanding of clinical supply management processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in small molecule clinical supply planning and logistics.
  • Familiarity with global pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
  • Proven expertise in IP logistics, particularly within the APAC region.
  • Strong comprehension of IRT/RTSM systems.
  • Exceptional abilities in managing vendor relationships.
  • Competence in forecasting, labeling, and distribution processes.
