3-5 years experience in Payroll, Finance or HR Operations with cross country exposure, Good understanding of UK payroll, 1-2 years experience in leading teams and/or projects, Experience in Payroll operations and HRIS, preferably Workday, Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

- Oversee payroll processing for EMEA countries
- Ensure timely and accurate data submission to vendors
- Monitor performance and manage team activities
- Lead escalation management for payroll issues
