Job Description
As a Payroll Administrator, your main task is to ensure the timely and accurate processing of personnel and payroll data, setting everything in motion for our payroll provider to run the monthly payroll using the AFAS HR information system.
You will be the primary point of contact for managers and employees regarding salary payments and FTEs. You will work closely with the Finance department, contributing to the annual budgeting process by providing FTEs, salary data, and more. As a Payroll Administrator, you will become a specialist in payroll administration.

- Required: Dutch proficiency, 5+ years of professional experience
- Preferred: Familiarity with AFAS, Microsoft Excel

Typical Weekly Tasks
- Processing personnel changes (new hires, promotions, terminations, salary changes, etc.) (8 hrs)
- Ensuring accurate salary calculation and payment, preparing annual statements, providing management with relevant information (8 hrs)
- Staying updated with the latest legal changes and implementing them organization-wide and in AFAS (8 hrs)
- Collaborating to optimize the payroll administration configuration (8 hrs)
- Performing calculations for provisions, reserves, reconciling payroll data with the financial administration through payroll journal entries (4 hrs)
- Conducting various gross-to-net calculations, advising on pension matters, administering allowances, deductions, and regulations (4 hrs)
