Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ADAS projects with an in-depth understanding of software engineering in the automotive sector.
• Drive projects through all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), especially following the V-Model methodology.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards like ASPICE, AUTOSAR, and ISO 26262.
• Conduct effort estimation, project planning, and resource management using MS Project and configuration management tools.
• Utilize tools such as Jira and DOORs to track project progress and manage documentation.
• Address project escalations and resolve issues with strong negotiation skills.
• Build and maintain a collaborative environment within teams, enhancing teamwork and relationship-building.
• Ensure continuous improvement of software development processes based on CMMI/ISO standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with 5+ years of project management.
• Extensive experience in ADAS and a solid understanding of SW Development Life Cycle (V-Model).
• Strong knowledge of ASPICE, AUTOSAR, and ISO 26262 automotive standards.
• Proficient in using MS Project, DOORs, Jira, and other lifecycle management tools.
• Proven track record of handling project escalations and effective conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
