SLT is seeking a detail oriented candidate to coordinate and manage our localization projects with the supervision of our senior Project Managers.


Summa Linguae Technologies is a language and technology company that provides localization and data solutions. We help global companies make their products and services available in more languages, countries, and cultures across the globe. We have a diverse team of over 250 full-time team members working remotely or from one of our seven global locations—Canada, the USA, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, India, and our company headquarters in Poland.


The Role:


We’re looking for a Localization Project Coordinator/Jr. Project Manager to keep our projects running like a well-oiled machine. Do you have an eye for talent? A zest for organization? A passion for scheduling? This could be the job for you!


You will be working on our localization team, handling projects for a major technology company.



Must Haves:


  • 3-5 year of Localization project management experience
  • Understanding of user manuals, help guides, website, software and other documents file formats
  • Working proficiency of timelines, schedules, budgets and customer requirements
  • Organizational and problem solving skills
  • Good communications skills
  • Ability and desire to work independently and in a small professional environment


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Learn SLT process, pricing, and service offering
  • Creating localization kits and project specs
  • Creating project plans and schedules
  • Assembling project teams
  • Coordinating with senior PM the specific project requirements
  • Communicating status reports to senior PM on a daily base
  • Discussing with senior PM necessary adjustment to project plans when required
  • Meeting Quality, Budget and Schedule requirements on every project.
  • Organizing and backing up project files, databases, glossaries, etc.
  • Ensuring client and end-user satisfaction every time.
  • Recognizing and Resolving technical issues and conflicts, planning for unforeseen situations, and managing changes.
  • You will work with a Project Manager who will train and guide you.
