Dress Trimmings Investments Ltd are currently recruiting for a Business Support Officer. As the Business Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing operational and administrative support to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our growing property operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Oversight:
Manage and oversee day-to-day administrative tasks within the company.
Coordinate office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
Implement and streamline processes to optimise workflow and productivity.
Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the success of business support initiatives.
Process Improvement:
Examine the effectiveness of the organisation’s procedures, systems and methods and perform other business and related functions as needed.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with external stakeholders such as financial institutions, insurance companies, estate agents, property management companies, local councils, solicitors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Strategic Planning:
Assist in the formulation of budgets and resource allocation plans to support business objectives.
Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement especially for new investments such as in the UAE.
Problem Solving and Decision Making:
Address and resolve issues raised by Directors or other external stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
Make informed decisions that align with the organisation’s goals.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyse property data to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and operational metrics.
Budget Management:
Assist in the development and management of the budget.
Purchases services, receives payment from tenants/ clients, processes contracts and deals with contractual arrangements.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on property status, rental achievements, rental yields and potential risks and opportunities for both the UK and the UAE.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Business Support Officer or in a similar role in the property industry.
· Minimum A levels/H grades, a BTEC/SQA award or equivalent qualifications.
· UAE experience an asset.
· Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £38,700.00 per year
