Job Description

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) specializing in SAP software, you’ll be the driving force behind our client’s market expansion. You’ll tap into a goldmine of opportunities, connecting with decision-makers across the U.S. who are primed for SAP upgrades. Using your sharp communication skills and tech-savvy approach, you’ll identify and nurture leads, setting the stage for high-value sales conversations. Responsibilities
  • Conduct strategic outbound calls and craft compelling emails to potential clients within the SAP ecosystem
  • Uncover and qualify high-potential leads for SAP upgrade services, contributing directly to company growth
  • Master HubSpot CRM to efficiently manage and track lead interactions
  • Develop and execute multi-touch engagement strategies to build relationships with prospects
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to nurture qualified leads through the sales funnel
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly outreach and qualification targets
  • Immerse yourself in ongoing training to become an SAP product and services expert
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve lead generation and qualification processes


Requirements
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building rapport quickly
  • Confident phone presence and ability to navigate cold calls with ease
  • Basic understanding of SAP software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (training provided)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
  • Availability to work full-time U.S. business hours (10 AM to 7 PM Eastern Time)
  • Self-motivated with a hunger for success and ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment
  • Eagerness to complete 6 hours of specialized SAP BDR training
  • Adaptability and quick learning skills to keep pace with evolving tech trends
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Resilience and positive attitude in the face of challenges
