Required Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in hospitality event sales.
  • Proven track record in planning corporate meetings and events.
  • Familiarity with third-party event planning or destination management companies (DMC) is advantageous.
  • A proactive sales mindset with comfort in cold-calling.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven.
  • Willingness to travel locally 25-35% for client-related activities and site evaluations.
  • Residing within the Ventura County or Santa Barbara region is preferred.
