Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Manager, IT ERP Finance and Supply Chain to join our innovative team at a leading cell therapy organization. This pivotal role combines technical expertise with operational leadership in managing our Oracle NetSuite ERP system, specifically within the Finance and Supply Chain domains.

Key Responsibilities

Attain proficiency in the Oracle NetSuite system, overseeing financial management, integrations, and procurement workflow.
Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing operational efficiencies and streamlining processes.
Collaborate with various business teams to identify their requirements and formulate effective, innovative solutions.
Supervise our offshore IT support team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Cultivate a cooperative and empowering environment that supports team development and success.

Required Skills

Extensive knowledge of Oracle NetSuite’s financial, SFTP, and supply chain modules.
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing offshore teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.
A minimum of 8 years of experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite.
At least 4 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical IT, with a preference for cell and gene therapy experience.
