Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management and support of the Oracle NetSuite system, overseeing system changes and ensuring compliance.
• Conduct thorough analyses of financial processes, enhancing workflows and implementing Average Costing with skillful accuracy.
• Optimize the Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes, ensuring operational efficiency at every stage.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues while proactively seeking innovative solutions to maintain system integrity.
• Collaborate with the offshore support team to refine change management practices and improve daily operations.
• Act as a business partner, engaging with various teams to assess their needs and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor systems diligently, document solutions, and share your insights with the team.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience working with ERP systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite.
• Demonstrated experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical sector, specifically related to cell and gene therapy is advantageous.
• Proven ability to effectively lead and manage both internal and offshore teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and sound judgment to devise innovative solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems, emphasizing NetSuite’s financial, SFTP, and supply chain modules.
• Familiarity with FDA-regulated environments and knowledge of CFR 21 Part 11 and cGMP is a plus.
