Remote Aircraft Maintenance Instructor - Training & Curriculum Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for a committed Aircraft Maintenance Training Instructor and Curriculum Developer to join our team in a full-time, exempt capacity. This pivotal role will ensure that our aircraft maintenance training programs adhere to FAA regulations (14 CFR Part 121), as well as our General Maintenance Manual (GMM) and Maintenance Training Manual (MTM). The ideal candidate will possess a solid educational background in air carrier or aerospace maintenance training, combined with substantial experience in training and development program management.

Key Responsibilities

As a key contributor reporting to the Aircraft Maintenance Training Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering classroom and remote instruction based on established EAL and EAX maintenance training materials.
• Collaborating closely with the maintenance training coordinator to uphold training records and manage the Computerized Maintenance Tracking System (CMTS).
• Traveling as necessary to provide training for EAL and EAX employees and service providers.
• Recommending updates for the EAL and EAX manuals to integrate new procedures effectively.
• Keeping the training schedule current for students.
• Revising and managing instructional media for training courses.
• Undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned.
