Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Craft and dispatch personalized communications to clients, offering expert guidance, insights, and updates on their travel itineraries.
  • Destination Research: Remain informed about the latest travel trends and explore various destinations to deliver customized culinary, activity, and cultural suggestions.
  • Supplier Liaison: Collaborate with our network of trusted suppliers to organize personalized travel arrangements that surpass client expectations.
  • Document Management: Generate, update, and oversee client travel documents and invoices, ensuring meticulous accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Travel Booking: Facilitate bookings for air travel, accommodations, car rentals, and other ground transportation, consistently striving for the best rates from our preferred vendors.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with team members to support all travel-related activities, including ticket processing and managing travel credits.

Required Skills
