Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete loan underwriting process for all applications.
Establish and maintain comprehensive underwriting policies and procedures.
Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company standards.
Identify and evaluate potential loan risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth loan transactions.
Prepare comprehensive reports on underwriting performance and market trends.

Required Skills
