Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete loan underwriting process for all applications.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive underwriting policies and procedures.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company standards.
  • Identify and evaluate potential loan risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth loan transactions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on underwriting performance and market trends.
  • Stay informed on industry regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Address complex underwriting challenges and communicate resolutions to clients and stakeholders.
