We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Customer Success for our Logistics sector, focused on delivering exceptional value through our innovative asset tracking solutions. This remote position offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in building strategic relationships and driving customer satisfaction within the dynamic logistics landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the customer success initiatives for our key logistics clients.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to enhance customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, guiding clients toward achieving their business objectives.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Analyze customer data to discern trends and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Prepare and present insights to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Required Skills

  • Over 7 years of experience in customer success management or a similar field.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing customer success teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of the logistics industry, with a preference for experience involving automotive OEMs or 3PLs.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and its transformative potential.
