Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain referral sources for both purchase and refinance mortgage transactions.
• Collaborate with clients to evaluate their needs and recommend appropriate loan products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various loan products and their qualification requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan applications and supporting documentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably experienced with Encompass.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in residential mortgage sales.
• Proven success record in the residential mortgage lending environment.
• Current NMLS license is mandatory.
