Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain referral sources for purchase and refinance mortgages.

• Stay updated on loan products and qualification standards.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan applications and associated documentation.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Encompass is advantageous.
• Strong multitasking capabilities and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential mortgage sales.
• Proven success in residential mortgage loan origination.
• Current NMLS license.
