Job Overview

We are excited to invite a dedicated Sales Consultant II to join our remote team. This is a key role where you will champion our extensive portfolio of products and services, fostering strong connections with both prospective and established clients. Your objective will be to establish yourself as an invaluable and reliable business ally to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Discover and develop new sales opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Conduct sales calls and presentations to cultivate and strengthen customer relationships, enhancing sales and market penetration.
  • Leverage your product expertise and tools (including Salesforce) to strategically target new prospects and identify market expansion opportunities.
  • Oversee your designated accounts, proactively resolving any issues to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain regular consultations with accounts regarding product updates, pricing modifications, and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely collection of invoices from customers.
  • Interact with various internal departments to communicate essential information that supports exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in establishing new accounts, managing customer applications, pricing, and order schedules.
  • Accurately predict sales outcomes and trends for your territory.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven record of success, ideally in hospitality or supply/distribution sales.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, managing both new and existing customer accounts.
  • Experience in trip planning, territory optimization, and account prioritization is advantageous.
