Job Description

KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for an exciting new opportunity.

The Project Billing Assistant works closely with the Case Analyst and Project Coordinator teams to provide project and administrative support. This entry-level role assists with the creation of invoices, project launch and close activity as well as assisting with special projects and month-end billing activity as required.

Remote, work from home opportunity.

2nd shift work from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (can be flexible).

India compensation is based upon the local competitive market.

Additionally, we provide a generous shift differential.

Responsibilities

  • Review project setups in Sales Forces and Oracle based on a provided Standard Agreement
  • Review requests for modifications and update projects to maintain project integrity for audit tracking
  • Review workflows and create Credit Memos and Invoices in Oracle
  • Manage incoming email workflow and determine action needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience interpreting and understanding business contracts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), ERP system experience (Oracle preferred)
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively and adeptly communicate (verbally and in writing) both internally and externally to successfully accomplish objectives portraying knowledge and confidence
  • Ability to establish trust and strong working relationships with business partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
