Job overview:

As the CRM Manager your primary responsibility will be developing and executing the CRM strategy to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue. We’re looking for someone with a solid background in B2C e-commerce who can use data and technology to drive our marketing forward, someone who’s ready to take charge, build and innovate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop CRM Strategy: Design and implement CRM strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, growth and satisfaction across the customer lifecycle.
  • Campaign Management: Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns which are personalised and segmented to target specific customer behaviours and preferences.
  • Customer Segmentation: Develop customer segmentation strategies to target users effectively based on demographics, purchasing behaviours, and other relevant factors.
  • Performance Analytics: Track and analyse the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to improve future efforts.
  • Database Management: Maintain and optimise the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with GDPR.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure alignment on customer initiatives and messaging.
  • Automation: Leverage marketing automation tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and enhance personalisation efforts.
  • Retention Initiatives: Implement loyalty programs, promotions, and feedback loops to increase customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on different CRM strategies to identify the most effective methods for customer retention and engagement.

Requirements

Essential

  • Demonstrable experience in CRM management (B2C), preferably in an online marketplace setting.
  • Strong experience using CRM systems and automation tools such as Epsilon
  • Proficient in implementing basket recovery, re-marketing, personalisation strategies, push notifications, and loyalty programs to foster deep customer loyalty and increase sales.
  • Experience in data-driven marketing and customer segmentation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate amongst all stakeholders
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance regarding customer data management.
  • Strong organisational skills and a good multi- tasker with experience in a fast- paced environment

Desirable

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Understanding of UX and customer journey design.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools

Benefits

The salary on offer for this role is up to £50,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
