We're looking for a Software Architect to join our engineering team and play the critical role in driving the design and scalability of our AI-powered platform to meet the performance and security demands of large enterprise customers.

Who You Are

3+ years of experience designing and scaling high-performance, secure, and reliable systems, ideally within the MERN stack.
Proven ability to architect complex solutions, from High-Level Design (HLD) to Low-Level Design (LLD), ensuring scalability and optimal performance.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a passion for driving engineering excellence and process optimization.
Track record of working in fast-paced, agile environments and building systems that can scale efficiently.

What You Will Do

Architect and design the core systems of the Enjo AI Agent platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for enterprise clients.
Guide and mentor the team in best practices for architecture, design, and development, sharing knowledge on scalability and system optimization.
Create and maintain engineering documentation, ensuring clarity for system implementation and long-term maintainability.
Define optimal processes and strategies for scalable product development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute as a technical leader in project initiatives.
Support recruitment and help scale the engineering team as Troopr grows.
