Job description

  • Full time position
  • Renumeration: up to Php 45k per month.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Cold Caller / Appointment Setter with a strong background in Telematics and Fleet Management. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, initiating conversations, and scheduling appointments with qualified prospects for our Australian-based client. The role requires excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of the telematics industry, and the ability to work independently in a virtual setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients within the telematics and fleet management sector.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on established criteria.
  • Engage potential customers in conversations to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of call activities, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers of appointments and client information.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, appointments, and conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation within the telematics and/or fleet management industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of telematics, fleet management solutions, and related technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a neutral accent preferred for Australian clientele.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools, call tracking software, and virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, able to work independently, and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Time Zone Flexibility: Ability to work within Australian business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with Australian clients.
  • Knowledge of sales automation tools and lead generation strategies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in a similar role
