Responsibilities:

Develop/implement/direct the company's information security strategy.
Establish/manage/direct the local IT infrastructure, including setting up servers and systems.
Manage relationships with regulators to ensure compliance with requirements.
Create security policies aligned with local market and regulatory standards.
Direct the global IT team, providing technical leadership and strategic direction with local market requirements
Develop systematic approaches for risk management and vulnerability assessments.
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws.
Continuously evaluate and improve the technology infrastructure.
Prepare reports for upper management and other departments to ensure effective communication.
Maintain constant communication with all teams in Turkey to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Manage relationships with local vendors to ensure service quality and performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in information security and IT management.
Strong knowledge of regulations (e.g., GDPR, KVKK) and industry standards.
In-depth knowledge of network, system, and application security.
Project management skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to connect effectively with both technical and business units.
Fluency in Turkish and English
Experience with custody solutions and digital wallets.
Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications in financial services.
Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
