Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM (UK Hours)
Salary: 400 - 600 GBP Monthly, depending on experience.

This opportunity is for an experienced social media manager that has a solid track record of growing brands using innovative content strategies, engaging storytelling, and data-driven insights across social media channels. Job Description
We are seeking a Social Media and Customer Service Specialist to amplify the client’s brand across various platforms, focusing particularly on Instagram. The ideal candidate will manage social media strategies and grow the brand, utilising their skills and knowledge in the field. Additionally, they may occasionally handle customer service inquiries related to coffee products and machine services, providing prompt and informative responses.
Hence, experience and a demonstrable track record in growing brands on social media, as well as some experience in the coffee industry, will be favoured.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create compelling content that aligns with the client’s ethos of quality, transparency, and community.
- Monitor social interactions and respond to queries and comments with accurate information and a friendly tone.
- Analyse social media performance metrics to optimise strategies and report on ROI.
- May need to provide some customer service by addressing inquiries and issues related to coffee products and machine services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram, with a strong portfolio of past campaigns.
- Experience in Instagram product promotion, development and marketing.
- A strong understanding of the Instagram algorithm.
- Experience in brand building.
- Experience in Instagram photo and video editing.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to articulate the client’s brand values and product details effectively.
- Bonus: Knowledge of the coffee industry and its standards for quality and sustainability.
- Bonus: some experience in customer service, preferably in a related field, with a track record of resolving inquiries efficiently.
