Expectations of This Position:

  • Act as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in recruitment practices specific to the Philippines.
  • Fill job openings with the most compatible candidates in the market within the required timeframe.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and standards throughout the recruitment process.
  • Continually learn and implement innovative recruiting strategies to streamline or improve the recruitment process.
  • Build and enhance personal brands while contributing to the company's overall branding efforts.
  • Collaboratively create and manage an effective database of high-quality candidates.
  • Successfully deliver in accordance with a) organizational strategy, vision, mission, values, and goals, b) team operational plans, goals, tasks, and SLAs, and c) individual KPIs.
