This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Part-time, 20 hours a week, M-F, anytime between 9am and 6pm (12 AM to 9 AM Manila Time)

Job Description

As a Cold Caller for our real estate wholesaling operation, you’ll be the driving force behind our lead generation efforts. Utilizing cutting-edge power dialing technology, you’ll connect with potential property sellers, skillfully pre-qualifying leads based on key criteria. Your role is crucial in identifying motivated sellers and creating valuable opportunities in the fast-paced world of real estate investing. This position offers a perfect blend of high-volume outreach and strategic communication, allowing you to directly impact the company’s success while developing invaluable skills in sales and real estate.


Responsibilities
  • Execute 800-1200 cold calls using Mojo Dialer, our advanced power dialing system
  • Pre-qualify leads using a specialized Google tax form, focusing on motivation, timing, pricing, and timeframe
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM, updating call outcomes and lead statuses in real-time
  • Identify and flag Spanish-speaking leads for specialized follow-up
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets for call volume and lead qualification
  • Collaborate with the sales team to efficiently hand off qualified leads
  • Adapt to evolving scripts and qualification criteria as market conditions change
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and training sessions to continually improve skills

Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales, preferably in real estate
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and power dialers, or ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Strong time management skills and self-motivation
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Basic understanding of real estate terminology and concepts
  • Resilience and positive attitude in handling high-volume calls
  • Availability to work Part-time (20 hours per week) during Pacific Time zone business hours
  • Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
  • Potential for performance-based commission
