The client is a consultancy that provides HR solutions resulting in business improvements including culture and engagement, performance, recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, employee and industrial relations. They are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Mobilisation Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the INX system and be able to manage the mobilization process efficiently.
Job Description:
The Mobilisation Officer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding and deployment of employees to various projects and sites. This role requires someone with experience in using the INX system to manage workforce mobilisation and compliance. The successful candidate will coordinate travel, site inductions, medicals, and other pre-mobilisation requirements, ensuring that all personnel meet site-specific and legal obligations.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Brisbane time (6 AM to 3 PM Manila time)

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the end-to-end mobilisation process for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Use the INX system to manage and track personnel mobilisation, compliance, and training.
• Coordinate medical assessments, inductions, and site-specific training for staff before deployment.
• Liaise with internal teams, project managers, and site supervisors to ensure all mobilisation requirements are met.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistical support for employees working on different sites.
• Ensure that all personnel have the required certifications, qualifications, and compliance documentation prior to mobilisation.
• Maintain accurate records of mobilisation activities and update the INX system with all relevant data.
• Handle any issues or delays in mobilisation, ensuring timely resolutions and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on mobilisation progress and workforce readiness.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the mobilisation process to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Mobilisation Officer or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in the INX system.
• Strong understanding of workforce mobilisation, including compliance, certifications, and site requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in the INX system and other relevant workforce management tools.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to workforce deployment.
• Proficient in the INX system for workforce mobilisation and compliance management.
• Strong coordination and logistical planning skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
