Job Description

The Clinical Recruiting Sourcer will have the ability to network, connect, and speak with people to get to know candidates, understand them, and build relationships. This position will identify, develop, and execute effective sourcing strategies in innovative ways to build teams and the organization so it is aligned with the culture and its success.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage candidate flow throughout the recruitment process, including reviewing CVs, preparing candidates for interviews, and assisting with scheduling interviews.
  • Documents all candidate activity in the applicant tracking system and develops sourcing strategies for various jobs.   
  • Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to source the best available talent.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing candidate relationship management.
  • Create written and electronic sourcing plans.
  • Report on effective sourcing and recruiting trends and make recommendations based on data.
  • Create and execute candidate search campaigns using sourcing tools.
  • Attend Strategy Sessions with Recruiters to create job-specific sourcing strategies.
  • Successfully source passive & active candidates
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews for potential employees
  • Responsible for building talent pipelines across a variety of job types and skill levels
  • Attend virtual and on-site recruiting events as needed.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Strong sourcing skills utilizing techniques such as advanced Boolean searches and use of sources including PracticeLink, PracticeMatch, CareerMD, Definitive Healthcare, Indeed, DocCafe, etc.
  • Strong Social Media skills, including utilizing and actively participating in Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram, etc. to generate leads.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, including iCIMS.
  • Experience with CRM and Recruitment Marketing systems and processes
  • Experience w/ Office, Outlook, Chrome including add-ons and extensions, Windows 7 and 10
  • Experience partnering effectively with Recruiters.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills required.
  • Effective written and verbal communication with strong storytelling skills
  • Fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years of sourcing or recruiting in a related industry.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Requires having close visual acuity to perform the job.

Salary Range:

$44,906.00 - $83,076.00

Salary may be determined on several factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, experience, education, geographical location and requirements stated in job description.
