The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Workday Adaptive Planning implementation, along with exceptional stakeholder management and consulting skills. The ideal candidate will lead end-end implementation complex to advance strategic and operational workforce planning capabilities across the enterprise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project lifecycles, and ensure the successful implementation of Workday Adaptive to improve business performance and ensure RTX has world class talent at the right place with the right skills.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, budget, and timeline.
  • Act as a key liaison between business unit stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and fostering strong relationships.
  • Provide expert consultation on workforce planning best practices, connectivity with financial plans and helping leverage Workday Adaptive to optimize business processes and financial outcomes.
  • Establish and manage program governance, including project plans, business case development, milestones, risk assessments in partnership with the HR technology team
  • Provide guidance and facilitate important decisions and activity completions with working teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of Workday Adaptive Planning across the organization.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring that deliverables meet organizational needs and standards.
  • Support in enablement and operationalization of enterprise governance, operating model, and change controls
  • Identify and develop enterprise requirements and standards along with key metrics for success and review for various leadership reviews
  • Provide regular status updates, reports, and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders to track progress, budgets, and outcomes.
  • Travel up to 10%, or as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in program or project management, with a focus on HR or financial systems implementations and business transformation.
  • Previous experience in Workday Adaptive Planning (or similar tools) implementation, from planning through to execution and post go-live support.
  • Previous experience in strategic and operational workforce planning process and best practices.
  • Previous consulting experience, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
