Job Overview:

As the AVP, Growth Manager you will support the development and growth of a new LPL Advisor affiliation model by driving and executing the overall sales strategy alongside the National Branch Manager.  You will be responsible for deploying programs and initiatives that enable Financial Advisor practice growth and bolster the advisor community.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, providing fact-based insights to drive results and optimize the sales process.

  • Drive the new affiliation model’s growth while maintaining high advisor satisfaction.

  • Critical in building support and momentum for key initiatives driving growth.

  • Tactically execute project deliverables, ensuring that sales enablement efforts deliver on the strategic goals.

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify and define scalable best practices

  • Gather insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to execute initiatives that improve processes and ultimately align with broader growth goals

  • Determine and track towards KPI’s around the growth success of the organization.

  • Partner with Regional Branch Managers to drive growth of advisory assets, greater client wallet share and adoption of additional LPL Business Solution services.

  • Support the growth of the advisor community through conferences, forums and digital community.

  • Act as a liaison between the Advisors and the home office partners in an effort to deliver the firm and provide resources

  • Responsible for collecting voice of the client feedback and data to support capabilities expansion.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of financial services experience and business management expertise

  • Ability to travel up to 20%

  • Experience working in the independent advisor space

  • Project management experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

  • A strategic thinker who can assess complex problems, prioritize key issues, focus on relevant facts and maintain a strong execution focus

  • Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels

Preferences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related field

  • Series 7, 66 preferred. Also open to Series 9 &10

Pay Range:

$106,700.00 - $177,800.00


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
