Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping US time zone working hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Up to $1,700 per month, dependent on skills and experience

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9 AM – 2 PM PST

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to help us scale marketing efforts, generate high-quality leads, and optimize the entire customer journey. In this role, you’ll have the freedom to experiment, the flexibility to innovate, and the opportunity to make a real impact on business growth. Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Growth Strategies (30%)
  • Create and implement strategic, data-driven campaigns to drive lead generation, improve conversion rates, and boost revenue.
  • Spot growth opportunities across marketing, product, and sales channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-informed adjustments to improve ROI and hit key metrics.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure integrated, impactful execution across all touchpoints.

2. Content Creation and Management (30%)

  • Develop high-quality content for social media platforms, email newsletters, and blog posts to attract and engage potential leads.
  • Ensure all content aligns with broader marketing strategies and contributes to key metrics such as lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

3. Experimentation and Channel Optimization (20%)

  • Run A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaigns, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
  • Manage and fine-tune Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels for maximum efficiency.
  • Explore and develop new growth opportunities, such as partnerships, referrals, or affiliate programs.
  • Maintain consistent messaging across social media, email, and web platforms to engage leads and grow brand awareness.

4. Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement (20%)

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot, adjusting strategies based on insights.
  • Continuously refine tactics to improve lead quality, engagement, and acquisition costs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to brainstorm new ideas and adapt strategies to evolving business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices to keep our marketing efforts ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • Must-Have:
    • Proven experience as a Growth Marketer, with a track record of driving growth across all key marketing areas, including digital, content, paid media, and analytics.
    • Proactive in growth marketing: Should lead growth activities that encompass marketing, sales, and product—not just execution on design tasks.
    • Broad experience across marketing areas: Experience should extend beyond graphic design to include writing, marketing, and creating content strategies.
    • Strong content creation skills: Ability to produce content that is both visually appealing and well-written.
    • Strong writing skills: Excellent writing is essential for effective communication and engagement.
    • Ability to contribute in strategy discussions: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and provide suggestions to enhance team output.
    • B2B marketing experience, with the ability to tailor strategies to business audiences.
    • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
    • Proactive mindset, constantly seeking new growth opportunities and improvements.
    • Proficiency with WordPress, HubSpot, and Slack.
    • Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads management.
    • Comfortable using design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Nice-to-Have:
    • Experience working with remote teams.
    • Additional language proficiency.

Our Recruitment Process:

1. Application

You will submit your initial requirements (personal information, resume, etc.) through our job portal, where we'll collect key information about your work experience, skills, and qualifications.

2. Pre-Screening

If you're shortlisted, you'll complete a pre-screening by recording your responses to a few questions via audio or video. We'll use this to get a sense of your motivation, energy, and overall fit for the role.

3. Top-Grading Interview

Next, you will participate in a Top-Grading Interview with one of our recruiters. We’ll dive into your past experiences, strengths, challenges, and work history to understand how you might perform in future roles. Additionally, we will ask you to submit a short video recording, following our provided guidelines, which will be shared with the client as part of your endorsement.

4. Skills Assessment

After the interview, you will complete a skills assessment, which could involve practical tasks, technical tests, or situational exercises to show how you would handle scenarios related to the job.

5. Client Interview

If you pass the skills assessment, you’ll have a final interview with the hiring client. This is where you’ll discuss the role’s responsibilities, expectations, and how you would fit into their team.
