  • Has experience in the IT area (IT risk management, Testing, IT Service Desk, Access Management ) or, Non-financial risk in banking industry
  • Has ability to define steps to take - to make the risk / test process effective and first time right
  • Is capable to check quality of delivered evidence for IT controls for standards in accordance with ING policies (IT auditing)
  • Possesses drive with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Is flexible and open to change
  • Ability to work independently
  • Have exceptional organizational, planning and time management skills

We are looking for people who can use their analytical power to make sure that internal ING applications and information systems follow security standards. You will be part of a small team which is part of a rapidly growing IT General Controls department.
 

What can you expect?

We will help you become a fully skilled IT Key Control Tester, you are given guidance and training on the job to gain the required basic knowledge of audit process.

You will be able to perform internal audits within your area of scope including defining testing approaches, reviewing test samples, identifying potential issues, and reporting on audit findings.
You will also complete audit work in accordance with IT Minimum standards and ING Audit standards .

You will collaborate with ING colleagues across countries, learn how we work in an Agile environment and how to use data to make the right decisions with your team.

 

How are you contributing to ING?

You play an essential role in ensuring the good reputation of ING.
In practice this means, you will:
 

  • Execute IT Key Control by comparing the delivered evidence with required evidence according to the ING Standards
  • Come to conclusion Effective/Ineffective test, based on the evidence
  • Give input to the expert for the evaluation of Ineffective test results to determine deficiencies
  • Collaborating and sharing your knowledge with your teammates
