Permanent Remote / Work-from-home / Full-Time
Graveyard Shift / Night Shift (at least 2 years of graveyard experience is a must)
Salary Range: 30,000 - 40,000 (Depending on your experience) + HMO Benefits with Maxicare

We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant to support our medical team. The ideal candidate will manage scheduling, assist with medical billing, and handle payroll tasks while providing strong administrative and customer support. Experience in a psychiatry or medical-related field is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars and schedules for medical providers
Utilize Excel, GSuite, and KIPU for data management and report generation
Oversee payroll verification via Rippling or Gusto
Assist with HR tasks and basic bookkeeping/accounting duties
Handle medical billing, prescription refills, and lab coordination
Provide excellent customer support and assist with completing forms
Qualifications:

Proficiency in GSuite, Excel, and KIPU
Experience with Rippling/Gusto and HR/payroll processes
Knowledge of medical billing and experience in a medical, detoxification, or psychiatry setting
Strong communication and organizational skills

Requirements:
- Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
- Highly motivated and organized
- Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High-quality noise-canceling headset
- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
- High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
