Core responsibilities:

Manage executive schedules, prioritize communications, and handle travel arrangements. Facilitate communication between executives and stakeholders, drafting and proofreading correspondence. Organize files, conduct research, and maintain confidentiality of information. Assist in project planning and execution, coordinating logistics and tracking timelines. Cultivate strong relationships with team members and clients, providing proactive support.
