Overview
The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in the growth and expansion of the organization by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and implementing strategic sales initiatives.
Shift timing : 12PM to 9PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities
  • Generating leads and cold calling potential clients
  • Developing and maintaining a strong network of contacts
  • Presenting and promoting products/services to prospective clients
  • Negotiating and closing business deals
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns
  • Attending industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
  • Creating and maintaining a sales pipeline
  • Preparing sales proposals and presentations
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Providing regular reports and updates on sales activities
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market insights
  • Contributing to the development of new products/services based on client feedback
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record in sales/business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
