Job description

As a Membership Advisor at Biograph, your primary goal will be to foster and build strong relationships with potential clients to guide them through their Biograph journey. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role is remote with a preference to be based in the San Francisco, CA area.  

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and recommendations to clients based on their specific needs and requirements.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to potential customers regarding product specifications, pricing, availability, and booking options.
  • Actively engage in outbound pre-member relationship  activities, including phone calls, emailing, and networking to generate leads and identify potential customers within the medical field.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and existing solutions, in order to present our products or services as viable solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and campaigns to promote our products or services to potential members. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, member interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Contribute to the development of documentation best practices and procedures that help scale the operations of the department.
  • Be a key contributor to the culture of innovation, constantly exploring ways to push the boundaries of healthcare.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • 2-3 years of member relationship experience (medical or pharmaceutical fields preferred) with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, health science, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a large volume of leads and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Comfortable in the dynamic, fast-paced environment of a healthcare technology startup.
