Job description

Join Sinch as the Head of Global Compensation & Benefits and take charge of managing rewards for our worldwide team. Leading a team of experts, your role will involve harmonizing processes and structures to support our overall transformation towards 'One Sinch'. While we are already working towards a common rewards structure across all markets, we are looking for someone who can take it to the next level! The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in this field and a solid understanding of our business model and value drivers. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing both long and short-term incentive programs.

The scope of the role spans across all remuneration subject areas, including job architecture, compensation benchmarks, overall benefit programs, short-term incentives, mobility, executive remuneration, and global long-term incentive programs. Additionally, the role is responsible for the Sinch Performance model and process.

Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will collaborate with a diverse group of senior collaborators, including the Board of Directors, members of the Remuneration Committee, and Global Leadership Team!

Responsibilities
  • Complete processes in Compensation & Benefits Executive Remunerations (benefit package, conditions, agreements, etc.)
  • Mature and implement Global Rewards strategy
  • Build and implement programs and corporate guidelines for Rewards (including compensation for senior executives, incentive programs (STI, LTI), job evaluation, salary structure, global mobility, pensions, insurance, health care, and company cars)
  • Coordinate job architecture
  • Manage mobility and expatriate programs
  • Provide the organization with expertise, knowledge, strategic direction, mentorship, and support
  • Develop, run, and govern job evaluation/grading
  • Support Pay-for-Performance concepts
  • Plan and complete annual global processes, such as Merit, Bonus, LTI, and the Performance cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, law or equivalent.
  • +10 years work experience within the field of Compensation & Benefits, with a minium of 5 years leading an international team.
  • Experience developing and implementing Reward Programs based on a total compensation concept globally, including design and management of STI, LTI concepts (experience must include EMEA, APAC and United States)
  • Proven track record with the implementation of Reward concepts in multi-country organizations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging and collaborating with various collaborators - must be fluent in English
  • Solid experience with executive remuneration concepts and reviews
  • Senior gravitas and an ability to engage and empower through transformation
  • Strong drive, energy, and passion, while maintaining a business focused mentality, with excellent judgment and integrity
  • Must be located in the United States in Eastern Standard Time or in Sweden

The annual starting salary for this position is between $262,000 - $300,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. 

This position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards. This role will be accepting applications until 11/15/2024 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
