Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding their high-end coffee machines, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Respond to customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are documented and followed up on in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve complicated issues.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our coffee machines and company policies.
  • Contribute to improving the customer service process through feedback and insights.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field, especially in a technical or product-based environment.
  • Passion for coffee and knowledge about coffee machines is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-motivated individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for technical troubleshooting.
