Responsibilities

Provide first-class customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding their high-end coffee machines, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
Respond to customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure all customer interactions are documented and followed up on in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve complicated issues.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our coffee machines and company policies.
Contribute to improving the customer service process through feedback and insights.

Requirements

Fluency in Danish and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Experience in customer service or a related field, especially in a technical or product-based environment.
Passion for coffee and knowledge about coffee machines is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A self-motivated individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for technical troubleshooting.
